any ideas?? i dont want to go straight foward and say can i get you number...but maybe that works if the rest of your game is good. idk |

One the works really well for me and I have been commended on several times is what I call "assuming the sale". It often catches them off guard and I RARELY get rejected. The area code in my area is 812 for reference. When it comes time to prompt them for the number, instead of asking for it, I jpull out my phone and input the area code and say "Alright so it's 8-1-2....". They always finish it for you. |

I think the best one is the one they used on the Pick up artist show on VH1. They say their having a party in a few weeks (even if they aren't) and say. "is there a way I could reach you." That way it's not direct and they could choose to give you their number or an e-mail. A better way is to say " I'm having a get together next week so I'll copy down your numbers and call you then." It works at least 90% of the time. |

I like the 'party' line. Also try 'ok so when a girl gives a guy her number should he text or call' disagree, chat, discuss for a bit and then say ok 'so give me your number and ill text you and we'll see how it works!' or say 'I still disagree but give me your number and i'll text you, in fact, you know what, i'm always right so i'm gonna call you' or vice versa. Also try "So you know this great conversation you just had? yeh? How do we keep it going? (obviously just as you say gbye) Even then you can say, in fact let me ask you a quick question and then just carry on as normal. |

I think it depends on the girl, if she is clearly into you then you can just be like "whats your number, I want to call you." But if you are unsure of her interest I would use the simple line of "hey I got to run, but how can we continue this conversation?" Hopefully she will offer the idea of exhanging numbers. |
