Wassup guys, I just wanted to know if anyone had a good opener at the gym when I riding a bike next to a hb7, doing some cardio. This one girl seems to always sit at the bike directly next to me, when a lot of other bikes are open. Any openers for that? |

she could be trying to throw herself out there for you to open to her, try accidently hitting your water bottle over so it splashes on her, then neg her for hitting your bottle over, or just open after that, make her laugh say a joke ~The Reverend |

Thats probably a IOI people typically dont sit next to people when theirs alot of other spots open, if shes a HB7 you should not neg her right away if she was a HB10 than you would, neg her if she doesn't follow the program, dont punish her for showing you intrest with a seven that will backfire. Just open her, say something just come off confident and dominant keep the conversation going (no uncomfortable silence) try to sit and continue the conversation going after your done with your cardio. Remeber DHV she wants you to chat her up. Go for a number close or set up a meeting outside the gym if shes availiable. Doing nothing will make it harder the longer you wait she will move to another spot after awhile. |

Lean over, give her a nudge and jokingly say "i'll race ya!" And then start pedelling mad with a mock serious/concentrating face. After a couple of seconds, look at her with a victorious smile and say "I win! Haha you suck loser!" She will either think you are a complete weirdo or else see the funny side and laugh. All depends on delivery and how u play it. |

if she always bikes near you when theres other bikes available thats a huge approach invitation, open her and watch the negs, 7's get obliterated by them, 7s can be gamed normally, open, attract and go into comfort, shes yours, go get her! |

Firstly, avoid one-itis. Secondly, i would open in a gym exactly the same way I would open a single set anywhere else. Location isn't important. Don't get stuck in subjective thought like a gym is any different than a club or on the street. Don't use an opener that forces you to play a character you're not, it will lead to problems in congruency later. If you're spontaneous and high energy the "I'll race you!" opener is funny and cute but if you're more laid back and chill, then that wont work as well for you. Use an opener that fits your personality and don't over-think it, she's no different than any other girl. |

Throw her a big grin and say "I'll race ya!" Then pedal like mad. Edit:oh wait someone already said that. All the more reason to do it! ~Antithesis |

I opened a girl on the eliptical next to me rather easily one day. she didn't have headphones in and I did. I just yanked the out after about two minutes of us looking at each other and said "don't you hate it when your cardio lasts longer than your playlist then all of a sudden some Marvin Gaye (or some other sexy music) comes on?"... It led to us talking about music, where I could DHV with my extensive knowledge of music. Number closed her. |
