I've only had girls ask me this when i was a freshman/sophmore in high school, so I'm not sure if its that big of a deal. But... I like the "how wide are you?" response, BUT thats because its straight cocky and assholic where you reply with the mindset of 'wow... thats really rude'. Another one ive used when joking around without being asked but we're on the topic or something, ill say "I'm three inches (pause) from the ground" Funny Cocky stuff doesn't work here because its labeled as avoiding the question.
