I'm new to the game and have been playing it maybe 3 weeks now. this being my third wekend i was out with a friend who didnt know much about it and i was teaching him how to open sets etc.. we were doing ok gettin reasonable chat off of sets but then me and my wing man are talking to these two girls both pretty hot. we were out of our depth but trying anyway. the 4 of us were sitting and all of a sudden the girl i was speaking to comes out with "u over straighten ur hair and its too long." i was a bit taken aback and was like "woah, where did that come from?" she said "well u said something negative about me earlier so i thought id be honest." after this the chat didnt flow, they left a few minutes later. what shouldve i done? |

Perhaps you could have just negged her again - and turn it into some playful banter. (While smiling of course) "haha - are you always this rude" or better still " how does your boyfriend put up with you?" |

Girls negging you, like that, is never bad. In fact I take it as a shit test. What DOES make it bad, is how you deal/dealt with it. If you let it get to you and are taken aback, then hell, you've just lost the set. But if you turn it back on her, laugh it off, make a joke out of it, EVEN ENJOY it, as I would, then she thinks you are worthy. In that situation she was reasserting her authority as "the hot girl who is too hot for you". You let her do that, therefore you lose. If you did anything that would leave you unscathed and untouched, or better still reverse the shit test onto her, you would have not only prevented yourself from losing the set, but she would have actually felt much more attracted to you. She was challenging you, and you lost the challenge with flying colours. Some examples of what you could have said for next time: 1. Hahahaahaha, wow you're so girly. (To friend): Is she always like this? 2. Haha wow manners, how does your boyfriend cope with you? If she confirms she has one, move on, if she says she doesn't have one, say: "That's probably a good thing". 3. Thanks, I like it this way. I think maybe you should try straightening yours too, like your friend's. She looks kinda cute. (Start jealously plotline). 4. (I often feel like slapping the bitch when they say something like that, so if I'm feeling heavy I might do this): Haha, it's funny how you think you decide how good my hair is. Did you also decide what the weather was going to be today? Or how big your head is? YOU STUPID BITCH. YOU MOTHER F***** (overdramatic).......hahahahaa (sit back down)...I scared you there eh? I was joking, relax, you're totally right about my hair, but I like it this way. Hahaha you guys are so funny. ^Then she will think twice about negging you again! Haha. Basically look up responses to shit tests on this forum. There are loads. Hope this helps. |

A girl who comes up with a neg out of nowhere is definitely giving you a shit test and is most likely the alpha female of the group so it's important to win this battle she's entered you into. If you respond correctly she'll back down and the rest of the girls will see that and you're solid. In nature the alpha males always trumps alpha female but never vise versa. If she tests you like that and you get caught off guard then you're automatically labeled a Beta male to her and her friends. Here's a great response I learned from Mystery that puts alpha female shit testers in their place every time and gives a very stern yet playful tone to her and the rest of the girls. Alpha Female Girl: "Insert random shit test neg here" You: "You little shit. You better watch it. I'll come down there and pick you up by your puppy scruff" Be sure to end that sentence with a sly grin to let her and her friends know you're not being violent but that you are a fun guy who is also asserting yourself as a strong alpha male and that you won't take her shit without letting her know who she's talking to. This works like a fucking charm and almost always results in catching the alpha female off guard. It's also good to immediately go back to what you were doing before she interrupted. This shows your true status at the top of the chain. You only allowed her to interrupt long enough to coyly put her in her place. |

You could have said "Wow, I'll bet all of your friends think you're a perfectionist." something instant that bites back. If she says that something is wrong with you attack her views that you are imperfect. Remember, as a certain mpua once said "You're a skyscraper made of diamonds!" |

R. Gambles response no.4 had me laughing. cheers, looking back now i can definetly see where i was going wrong. wont let the same thing happen again. if it does i'll hopefully be able to remain in control. ta guys. |
