Post subject:  Take a pic opener
I figured this out last night by accident at a bar. There were a group of girls that were getting a pic done of themselves from there girlfriend. There are always a few group of girls with camera's taking pics. I just walked over and motioned that you can get in and I will take it. I did it with two sets of girls and it worked like a charm. If they like the pic you take they will be like, "Wow! Thanks a lot." Then just talk to her from there. The girl I talked to was celebrating her 23rd birthday.

Hehe I used to do something along that way...what i did was when I was just about to take the pic, I say smile so they all give a stale smile then I would ohh come on you guys call that a smile?! so they start smiling even more...when they do that I say woaaaaah I never wanted you to smile that much, Smile less! and thats when the giggling start and I zap the photo :D works like a charm and gets the group to see you as a charming/funny guy they'd like to talk to, you allready negged the entire group anyway:)) works fine with single sets aswell :)

I like slipfinger's routine,but this is one i tried and got a good response twice..

the first time, the girls from my group were all sitting round taking pictures, and one of them asked me to take the picture, and i hesitantly accepted the offer. they posed for the camera, and i snapped the photo..however, i had already picked out my target for the night, and i negged her "wait, she was blinking/looking away" so this time she made it a point to look right at the camera and smile..

second time, me and the target took a picture together..i asked for a second picture, and this is when i grabbed some of her hair that was hanging down like a bang, and moved it a little more into her face, she was surprised as to why i did this and i just told her it made her look exotic..when looking at the pictures, i told her..on second thought, it wasnt as exotic as i thought it be

I like these situations, when you offer to take pictures of groups of girls.
When me and my wing are out and this happens, we normally get them all smiling and play a bit with them like Slipfinger, then just turn the camera round and take a photo of ourselves.
Girls love it because they can see you are a bit cocky. Then take a photo of them and get chatting. Works like a charm.
You always have something to talk about... "what are you out in town for?" or "How do you all know each other?" Run the friends test or Cube and you're well in.

i was out the other night with my buddy and a group of girls asked him to take a picture of them. so he grabs the camera and holds it the wrong way, so the flash is right in his eye. takes the picture and the flash goes off almost blinding him. didnt lead anywhere with them, but funny none the less.

here's a little variation.

you have the camera...

"you guys call that a smile"
..they smile bigger...
"easy now gizmo.. this isn't a photo shoot for gremlins"

after the picture just say "that'll be 20 bucks" and go from there.. you're in.. otherwise if you just take the picture.. they thank you and walk away... keep them interested

Mystery says to never take a picture for a girl because you can't really go anywhere with it and you look AFC. But, you can try something I did once that opened pretty well where the girl actually asked for my name.

HB 8: Will you take a picture of me and my friends?

Me: I guess but, only if I get to take a picture with you guys too.

HB 8: Okay, here. (hands me camera)

I take the picture. She comes over to take the camera from me.

Me: Okay, now it's my turn.

I hand the camera to my target in the group.

Me: You know how to use the right? (slight neg)

I take a few pictures with her friends in interesting funny poses. This totally disables the obstacles and shows that I'm a fun guy.

After the little photo shoot, She asked my what my name was and we a nice little conversation.

But, remember if she won't let you take a picture with them, then don't take a picture for her.

You're right... kinda. Never take a picture of them if they ask you to. If you have a strong frame and genuinely offer to take a picture of them, you could pull it off.

Someone (I can't remember whom. I think it was Craig for David D's interviews with dating gurus) said that they reacted like this..."Hey guys, why don't I take the camera and help you guys out." And then proceeded to take a pictures of himself and then toss it back

I have an opener kinda similar to it. You need some girls already (either friends or pivots) and ask your target to take a picture of you with them. Its a good way to force them to see you with these smiling girls. After the picture is taken, get next to the target (kino if you want) and ask the targets opinion on it. You've demonstrated pre selection and opened.

Or, ask them to take a picture w/ you as the opener.

One time i was in a club and I saw a 5-set (all girls) looking bored, so I excused myself from the 3 set i was in and pretended not to notice them on my way to the bar. As I passed, I looked over my right shoulder smiling and looking intrigued at the camera one of them was holding. Then I said "So are you guys gonna take a picture of me or what?!"

They ate it up and all of them said "Yes!"

this guy i used hate had a smoothe move.. which i use from time to time.. when you take the camera say smile turn it around and take a picture of yourself.. this is like a neg.. also cocky funny, and also they have a pic of you now to remember you! Then you turn it around joke and and say who wants one with me.. (that part i added in) eventually take one of them or they may get angry!
