Think about what kind of life style you want to portray. For simplicity's sake I suggest you choose one close to your reality (and if your reality is boring, fix that first).
And then.. just portray it:
If you are spending like half of your days with chicks, let there be hot chicks in about half of your pics.. If you go ice skating once a week, put up one skating pic.. and so on.
If you have hot female friends and male friends who have a good dress sense, try to get pictures with them having a good time in your company.Think commercials: You don't want to lie, but you want to put your everyday activities in the best light posible.
I think you worry to much about what girls will think about you... It's not like they'll automatically assume that all of the girls in your pics are GFs or FBs. Just don't post to many makeout/sex pictures and you'll be fine
