I have several girls I used to work with that always talk to me respond to me. I am trying to figure out the best way to turn those 'inappropriate' without coming off like that is my intent the whole time? Ideas, thoughts, solutions? |

Don't worry about that too much if your in a work environment. Make sure your at least getting some light kino in. Putting your hand on her shoulder, hug, etc. Find an excuse to get her number or straight up just ask her. It's a lot easier being inappropriate outside of work so you don't have to think about the harassment policy too much. If you insist you can always make jokes that appears to be a perverted one but could mean something else so if she takes the joke sexually you can call her out on it and tell her to keep her mind out the gutter. She may get a good laugh out of it. Ex: What is it that a cow has four of and a woman has only two of? Legs (Most people would think of something titties just because you said woman instead of human) |
