I am having improved productivity and customer satisfaction at my inbound customer service call center, helping customers with their newspaper subscriptions, AND utilizing what I have learned about conversational trance as per the Miltonian model. No no, I know what you're thinking, and that's something that I can always alleviate by informing you that when you make assumptions about me, you're always wrong. See? This IS indeed directly related to pick-up, and MANY other facets of life as I am able to communicate in a mind-numbing volition-smashing manner which will cause you act on my suggestion to get a glass of water, won't you?
