First, think about what's happening when a girl gives you a sincere compliment...

She likes you! You don't need anything clever. But you can amplify the compliment. For example:

Babe: Nice jacket!

lowriderzzz: Thanks, I really appreciate that. (Smile, move in closer, touch her gently and show your appreciation).

And now the doors are open!

This is where a lot of guys go wrong in my opinion. They use the 'you won't get me that easily' bullshit. If it's genuine, just accept the compliment. Remember, emotions are contagious - when you feel good with someone, they'll catch those feel-good emotions sooner or later and reciprocate.

I've always been a fan of mystery's line if a girl compliments something you are wearing etc.

"I love your _____"
"No you don't, you're attracted to me"

Catches her way off guard and puts the interaction as being even more in your court.

Most guys when a pretty girl approaches them they go shit for brains and think "hey just don't say anything stupid because she started talking to me!" When in reality you should be thinking that you want her to know that she walked up to the funniest and most alpha dude in that club, and that she made the right decision. She's used to guys being nice and answering and asking interview questions when she says hi. Dare to be different.

Surely saying something like "why are your nipples hard" would make them look at you in disgust and walk away?

What is your guys response when she says some sincere comment about you. For instance: I like your smile/hair/nose/eyes/ ... or piece of clothing: shirt/sneakers/jeans/jacket etc. I usually say (if I don't know here very well) something like: "yeah thanks but compliments wont make you get me that easy" However I wondered for some other cool things to say.

I've never had a girl dwell on it, usually she gets a red face and a huge grin. I might say something like "doesn't it feel better to get that off your chest? My name is Breedlove." And then you start a conversation. If she really does get bogged down on it you can always just say "sure" very sarcastically and ask her a question or tell her your name. But the point of the line is that it's VERY flirtatious and very ballsy. Only a guy with huge balls and a manly attitude would ever say that. And that's what makes girls moist. Admittedly I was drunk when I used this line, but it was hilarious at the time and we were making out all night afterwards, no sex due to extenuating circumstances though. If you're in a club or a bar, a high energy environment, it fits in perfectly. Out on the streets in the day time, then you'd probably get a few women that don't think it's funny. Girls are more likely to walk up to you and say they like something in a club though so that's what it's intended for.
