I'm new to the community, I've been doing a few set every time i'm at school(Community College) or out in public places. Been practicing for a few months now. My Neg This neg has used a few times when i open a new set. Its mostly consider as a joke with the use of cocky funny. -Open set- -Start a conversation- -Ask what her name is- The name has to be somewhat common HB "I'm Brittany" Me "Well of course a _____ (hair color) blonde would be called _______(name) Brittany" Smile and laugh then start new tread of conversation. Most of the responses have been pretty good. Most laugh or open mouth knowing your tease her. |

That's not even a neg. That's just stupid. |

Thanks for the feedback. What would it be considered then? I think it's a neg in a sense since your poking fun of their appearance |

It's just fluff talk. The only way that would work is if it was a blonde and you were clearly indicating the dumb blonde stereotype. Don't get me wrong, use it, it's not exactly a bad thing to say but it isn't a neg. |

It is a neg actually but it has to be topic related, I mean if you told her something like "I think many people names can tell a lot about the person, (her name) Brittany is a blondes name so.." if you pull it in the right way you got a nice routine you can always bust her even if you do a mistake or something "at least my name is not Brittany"/"try dyeing your hair maybe it would sound more appropriate"/"Lucky for your nobody yet knows your name" |

Dr Honey makes a great point but he fails to articulate his subtext properly:a NEG should target some part of their insecurity that should, under circumstances, leave you unaccountable for being an asshole. For example: "Hey Britney. Do you dye your hair? That color doesn't seem to suit your 'fiery' personality." |

I wouldn't call it a neg, but just a clever comment or something related, it's still something good to say, not even 1% of the male population worldwide approaches girls thinking that way, so it's fun. |
