| Post subject: | How I think about DHV |
So having a whole bunch of memorised routines just doesn't work for me. It's too rigid, the girl might have seen them before, and sometimes it's hard to figure out a way to drop them into conversation. Maybe I'm just not ballsy enough. Anyway, I was thinking about DHV, and it suddenly struck me: DHV to a girl is just like DHV to a potential employer. For employers you have a CV, for girls you need the same. Not a printed out sheaf of papers that you give to them, that would be absurd, but maybe just for your inner game. So I'm working on that, sketching out a CV so that when I'm in the heat of a moment with a girl I can pull out something from my game CV and talk about it. It flows more naturally that way, and it's stuff that's DHV... Of course it's good to have the routines and tricks of the trade too, but this idea of a CV is one I really like and which I'm adopting more and more, so I thought I'd share it with everyone here. If I ever write it up good enough, I'll post it here for people to see and comment on... But an overview: * Hobbies - what hobbies do I have that show my good qualities, things like competitive dancing, rock climbing, ski racing * How I'm helping out non-profits/I'm a giver and a carer * Bad experiences/rough times, to give depth and empathy I guess really, what I should do is this: Work out what the kind of girl I'm after is looking for, and then prepare a CV that addresses that point by point... Yeah, I'm gonna work on this idea, I like it more and more. P |

Good Idea / post because I often feel I loose connection when running a routine that isn't my own. I also feel like I star relying on the material too much. On saturday i opened a girl and see said called me - she said I had read in a book how to do what i was doing. I wasnt quick enough to reply like an insect book? |

I'm confused.. Isn't DHV (demonstrating high value??) just telling a HB what your into? So why not tell them the truth with a little bit of enthusiasm?? and if your lifestyle ain't that interesting....then go out there and do something about it? |

yeah but you kinda highlight certain aspects (like rock climbing) and down certain aspects like masturbating every night (maybe a bit extreme but you know what i mean)Isn't DHV (demonstrating high value??) just telling a HB what your into? So why not tell them the truth with a little bit of enthusiasm?? and if your lifestyle ain't that interesting....then go out there and do something about it? and yes, we all need good lifestyles, as mystery has said many a time "its not just about picking up women, its about building a life" |

eh, no mate, it does sound sound similar to a CV but its a pretty shit idea. yes you can reel off ur good points like with a CV but then u look like ur bragging, in an interview you do this to sell urself. with a girl if u do that u look deprete, she has to sell her self to you, if u tell her good points about you u will jus look like a cocky bastard, an no one likes them. u shud point ur dhvs into stories so the women figure out the good points. e.g my g/f friend was being harrased by these blokes and i told them to fuk off even tho they were both twice the size of me, and they ran off like they were scared. THAT SOUNDS ORIGONAL AND INTERESTING i can commit to relationships , i can protect people and i am funny. THIS IS THE WRONG WAY AS U LOOK BRAGGY AND DESPRETE, THESE THREE DHVS ARE INTEREGRATED IN THE EXAMPLE, SO WHY DO IT LIKE THIS??? |

no, you dont do it like that, you say things like "I went rock climbing with my ex girlfriend (we were still going out at the time) and it was obvious that we were together, and then some other guy just comes up and blatantly hits on her. However when i went up to him he looked kinda intimidated and just ran off. weird..." |
