Was dating a babe for a while and she called things off but said she still really loves me but can't be in a relationship right now.

I have been out picking up other girls and gaming other girls and keeping my mind above AFC level.
But me and this girl were able to connect on a different level and I would like it back if possible.

She has been having a hard time with the breakup and messaged me and I responded and had a small conversation with her that was in the frame of just catching up on what we have been doing and she basically filled me in on everything and I tried to stay pretty indifferent.

It has been a week with no contact and she reached out to a mutual friend who let me know she asked "I haven't heard from "myself" in a week and I feel like I should text him" said she felt badly and guilty about calling it off.

I am not going to initiate any contact and freeze her out. If she reaches out to me should I ignore and if so how long? Also when it is time to not ignore what should I come back with?

Well, since you got that little bit of info from a mutual friend... I'd just wait it out. She wants to text you, eventually she will. Don't be more attached to the relationship than she is. When an ex girl texts you out of the blue, she wants to know if you are thinking about her.
