Post subject:  FORCE an IOI - It works!
You can force an IOI in many ways. I've read Gambler's book, "The Natural Art of Seduction: Success with women" and it's really good. You can buy it at http://www.amazon.com

However, what I read in the enticing book was that you can actually force an IOI by several means:
1) Poking your tounge out at the women when she looks at you.
2) Point at her and laugh when she glances at you.
3) Give a cheeky smile whens he looks at you.

She has options she could respond to you by:
1) She could smile and look away embarrassed.
2) She can look at you with disgust.
3) She can smile and say hi
4) She could curl her upper lips as to say, "What the hell is wrong with this guy?"

With girls at work I would tease them buy going up to them and say:
ME: [Girl's name], You're doing a great job! I'm so proud of you! Keep up the good work! *SMILE*
HER: Oh, I will!

This is a IOI, because when she smiles or laughs this indicatates this is on. I would usually keep up the conversation or eject. Depending on whether it's busy or she's busy with customers.

However, if a girl hasn't gave you an IOI by looking at you or smiled at you. Try this FORCING IOI routine and see where it goes. If she gives you an GO SIGNAL then it's GAME.

I used to rely on this to the point of it being a crutch. The problem you will find is that it is very hard to get thier attention in the first place, especially in daygame environments. I have had some success with it in dancefloor, but it is very inconstant all around, especially in daygame.

This is a great way to get attention. I do it all the time, especially when girls are too far away to approach that very moment. There is never anything wrong with interacting If you can make a woman smile from making a stupid face then do it! you're making her smile.

The bottom line here is that you entered her world. You are now part of her thought process. Even if you don't approach her right then and there. She will still remember you, if your paths cross later that evening, she will acknowledge you and make your approach much easier.

I do this all the time, If I am at the bar waiting for a drink, I am scanning the room across from me, if my eyes meet with a cute girls, I will often stick out my tongue or curl my lip. ( elvis style) Smiling is ok too, but it doesn't have enough shock value, they sometimes don't know it's directed at them.

If the girl makes a face back, it's a good sign that she is interested, or at least playful enough to approach.

Forcing an IOI... hmmm

I find this very interesting. If she is already attracted to you then Yes it will work.

In essence this is not a sexual IOI ,this is actually the problem most men have , they mistake friendly with "sexually". This is a way to open her to you and then escalate sexually trough verbal communication.

I find it more effective to seek eye contact even after she looks away and wait for her to smile , then make my approach or smile back.

It is controversial because many times you will end up making her lose interest if you "force an IOI" too early.

This has worked for me a couple times, but I feel like the only reason this worked at all was out of pure luck, ie she just happened to look at me when I was looking at her, and I progressed from there. But it is tough to get her to look at you in the first place. Seriously, does anyone have any ideas on how to do this?

I hate this, this happened in 1993, my best friend was a bad dancer but we allways did dancefloor game.
He had muslce and danced like a bear. But he got the girls! He signaled the chicks all night around us in such a subtle way that I missed him doing it by standing one foot away from him. One chick allways responded him, and I not knowing what was going on ended up frustrated, drunk and looking like a gay man dancing all night with a muscular guy.

Haha this one is EASY! Just use the Mystery style!

Wear a goofy head and some weird pilot Goggles and I am sure everyone will have a glance at you!
You can say anything yu want about mystery but.. For this he did found something smart.

I'm not so outgoing when it comes to clothes to get attention.

One trick I use is to combine a bunch of straws into a very long one and put it into my beer. I always get looks from women. If it is a playful look, I'll make a corny joke about it, if they give me "this guy is a loser look," ill playfully tell them they can't judge me and then neg them.. I don't use this often but I've at least number closed everytime I have.

I also frequent bars with very outgoing and loud female barternders.. when I walk in they normally yell my name and ask what I want to drink.. this brings everyone's attention to me and I'm already scanning the room for forced eye contact. I normally go to the bathroom before my drink is delivered and on the way back I stop at the bar where the person I made eye contact with is sitting. I get my drink have a short playful conversation with the bartender then move on to the person I had my eye on..

In the last 25 yrs girls were not very intrested in me. So 1 month ago I started telling them that I am an American guy visting this country. They like my lie, and smile. They all want to to the US of A. When I do my American act, I speak real slow: "H O W A R E Y O U? ? ? ????" When I speak my native language, I speak 100 mile an hour and stutter. When I speak in Hungarian to a woman I feel high degree of stress and panic, generaly I feel like being a 5! When I pretend being an American I feel like I am at least a 7.5!!

I do this too at work and it does work. If you are doing an IOI invoke you can end up dropping a preselection grenade and causing blast radius. I drop pre-selects a lot at work the chicks, weather they are married, have boyfriends or whatever eat it up.

I know this is an old thread and an old post but you're generally right.

You won't notice most forced IOIs. It could be a deliberate smile and locked eye contact for a few seconds or it could be more obvious in that you point and tell them to come to you.

Personally I find the subtle way much more effective. It's less cocky, it raises questions and generates interest("Is this guy checking me out? Did he lock eye contact with me? He likes me...? I need to see again"). She'll come back two or three times in which case you don't back down and let it be clear you're showing interest but you have to be able to act on it if the woman approaches you. It's too easy to turn them down if you don't respond well to their approach. It's the exact same as a guy approaching a woman and she turns around and gets all quiet or a bit off. She may like you but she's nervous and she's indirectly conveying no interest in you so 9 times out of 10 you bail. You suffer a blow and she does too. No one wins in this scenario.

Having forced IOIs for a month straight now i've had on average three women approach me a night. It's ranged from women offering to buy drinks, blatantly saying they think i'm "cute" to the less forward of "Will you take my/our picture?" and looking for a conversation out of it.

Forcing IOIs is very effective and no one, absolutely no one notices other than you and the girl.
