Ask her to come out with you and your friends. Say something like "Hey, my friends and I are going to {someplace}. You should come I'll introduce you to my friends they are chill... just don't embaress me.

I know this is pretty anti-climatic for this forum, but the girl I had my eye on is not available. Still, from the small fraction of personality I have seen of her, it seems like she'd be a good friend. Since the only time I really see her is while she's working [Barista at Starbucks], how do I go about starting something platonic? I feel like if I asked her for her number or to lunch, she'd take it as an intent to pursue something intimate. Please give me some tips here for something strictly platonic. |
