| Post subject: | Reason why I don`t do kino. |
It`s taken me a while to recognize it but this is the truth: I`m affraid of doing kino because I have cold sweaty hands. That`s it, I`m the kind of guy who is always cold in the hands, always hands in my pockets trying to warm em up, and every time they are sweaty. The sweat is the worst part, simply because I feel it`s horrible touching people with sweat, I mean girls must feel horrible. So any tip or advice on this thing? I`ve read it might be a syntom of being nerveous, but I`m not that comfortable around women yet, of course I will get nerveous. |

So essentially you need to get over your nervousness around women i.e. improve your confidence around them. Read it up, I'm sure you'll find loads of stuff on forums like this. Meanwhile, you can also read up on some temporary fix for the cold sweaty hands. |

Chalk or talcum powder. And you can do all sorts of kino without putting sweaty palms on her bare skin. Let's be realistic. |

I follow you with the chalk, but what do you mean by lots of kino without the hands? I can picture doing the claw, but without some light touching at the beginning it will totally come off as awkward. I`m stating that I don`t know how to kino really, and that I find myself an excuse in my hands. If I approach the hand thing correctly I might get over the kino chapter of my life. |

I dont think he meant no hands - more like no bare skin i.e. you can touch her over her jacket/shirt or her knee through her jeans. Basically touch on her clothes vs a bare shoulder, hands, arms where she can feel your sweaty palms. @puaninja correct me if im wrong with that interpretation.I can picture doing the claw, but without some light touching at the beginning it will totally come off as awkward. I`m stating that I don`t know how to kino really, and that I find myself an excuse in my hands. If I approach the hand thing correctly I might get over the kino chapter of my life. Btw, its also highly possible that you are percieving it far worse than what it is. Thus is the demon that is an insecurity. |

If you are sitting next to or across from her, touch her leg with your leg

Brushing up against her arm with the side of your arm is an example of non-hand related kino techniques. Footsie, another. And yes, you can touch her with your hand without making skin to skin contact. If she has pants on, touch her leg. Feel her hair. Rub her shoulders. Put your arm around her. All of that can be done without putting your bare palm on her exposed skin. |

If you live on the northern part of the world, winter is coming up! No excuse to wear gloves! |
