After a good sized push, how do you pull without looking like your trying to make up for the push. I have been pushing this girl im dating quite a bit lately by not complying and acting disinterested ( or too busy for her), we are both aware that this is making her sad/mad. So how do i pull her back without looking like i was trying to appease her? |

Uh...dude. Ok first off slap yourself really hard. I have been pushing this girl im dating quite a bit lately by not complying and acting disinterested ( or too busy for her), we are both aware that this is making her sad/mad. So how do i pull her back without looking like i was trying to appease her? Done? Push pull refers to both long term and short term acts that keep her interest and pump her buying temperature, respectively. For the long term, only push when she did something you disprove of, even something trivial if nothing big comes up. Pull by appearing magnanimous and offering to let her make it up to you at a mutually agreed upon date. For the short term, i.e. in the 6-8 hours before you bed her, push pull constantly by negging her, disqualifying yourself, only to come back a little stronger by showing that you are interested in her, DHV'ing. Repeat as many times as you need to get the DDB look. After the way you pushed, I'm guessing really hard and for no good reason at all, she may be feeling like you are ready to break it off with her. You need to QUICKLY meet and arrange a fun activity with her and PULL her back, and SOI her. Tell her how you've been afraid to get close to her because she's such a beautiful person, and that you've been hurt before. Do whatever it takes, just don't tell her "Oh I pushed you away 'cause those PUA's online are telling me to and I didn't quite calibrate it correctly." Make no mistake, you fucked up here, and you need to take a reconciliatory tone by showing your vulnerabilities to her and redeveloping the trust you lost by acting so erratic. |

Thank you for the compliment. I was a geek in middle school and high school---dad shelled out a lot of money for a private school education, I used to read lots of literature both fiction and nonfiction, I loved watching the most famous actors of our time deliver their most infamous lines, I studied the great philosophers of history in college (wasn't even my major). I am beginning to realize who I truly am through discovering my talents at pick up here at PUAF, and that has helped free my mind and my words. You speak (or better, you write) very well man. Where did such eloquence come from? The most powerful weapons in human history are not swords, guns, or bombs. They are words, spoken and written. Words can be used to cut and stab in one sentence, then romance and entice in the next. The right words at the right moment can rally and unite, while the wrong words can provoke fury and anger in all who hears them. I believe that the surest way to empower oneself was to study the arts of writing and speaking. Now, if I'll just get over my anxiety issues with regards to beautiful women (and people in general), I can truly become congruent and unleash myself to the world. |
