Okay, as the quicker of you may have picked up I am having trouble going from a K close to an F close. Say I'm making out with a girl, my hands are underneath her top and im caressing her back and stomach. Then I'm like, ok what do I do next? Tell me how to escalate properly, say this is in back seat of a car or on a couch.

Assuming that you've already built enough comfort, I usually (along with narrating my actions) start kissing her neck. From there things usually aren't too complicated.

If your hands are underneath her top, you're going to move one of your hands down to her inner thigh, and move up slightly, use your fingers lightly feeling the way up, almost teasing. You can use her legs spreading as a guide...the wider they go, the further your hand can go. When they're wide open, you're hand can caress and lightly squeeze her crotch. Play nicely, and listen to her moans to see what she likes and what she doesn't like. After a little while of this, move your hands inside her pants/underwear, and play with her for a while...if she gets wet, slide a finger in and out. Be sure not to neglect her clit.

Now, after you've been doing this sort of foreplay for a little bit, you can move to take off her pants. If she resists, look up how to deal with LMR. If her pants do come off easily enough, move in and kiss her, while your hand goes back to her crotch. Then, slowly move down, and go down on her for a while. Your best bet is to get her close to orgasm, then move up and tell her you want her, then go for it.

I prefer to get her buying temp up so that she really wants you, then you just unzip them and they usually come off pretty easy.

This may just be building on what others have said, but in a overall kinda way, make the kiss more than a kiss. It should be more than just lips. What i'm trying to say is use it more like a kind of foreplay before the bedroom. Dont go over the top (remember, you're in a social setting) but the point is that teasing (a good way of thinking about it) is what you should be doing. The whole body should be used and eye contact before, during (if u pull away for a sec) and after should occur. Again, dont go over the top.

Take your sweet time and get her really built up. Don't actively go out for the Full Monty--be different! Take your time, godblastyou!
