A neg is to be used for non compliance and in essence you are punishing her 'bad' behaviour.
I know your trying to do this in a playful manner but the above still stands :-
If she's interested and responding well to you (displaying the good behaviour you expect) why should you punish her for that?
All you'll achieve if she doesn’t understand your intent, is you'll push her away.
(In another context, think of your target as a small child - you punish them for their bad behaviour (to tell them what they are doing is wrong) and you praise them when they are good)
