You can do this trick on women whose shirts shows most of thier precious breasts.

When you talk with her, tell her something like:
"I can't focus because of your breasts"
They usually answer something like "Then don't look, bla bla bla" whatever - and then you can put your hand on her decolletage.

Women have dillema what to do with your hand because officially your only purpouse is to not be distracted by her breasts and have a nice chat with her which is very nice. She also can't take off your hand, because it will means that she wants you to look at her boobs.

it might work in one very specific scenario. it is already pretty clear to both you and her that sex is going to come pretty soon thereafter. it would be a way to keep raising tension without "going for it just yet"..
if you feel you still have not worked your way to a successful k-close, it seems pretty strong...

Kudo's to you for at least trying something ballsy... though you'll likely not find success with this gambit.

Remember that cleavage shirts are a trap. Any guy who looks at her boobs, mentions them, or even comes close to them before comfort stage will be blown out.
