After the conversation gets going for a bit I've started trying to drop disqualifiers. I've been favoring one I made up based on an actual childhood experience. Me: You remind me of this girl whose trampoline I used to jump on as a kid. Her: HAHA blah I used to have one blah blah really?? Me: Which brings to mind a really funny story. [pause for effect] Her: HAHA OMG what?? Me: Well I kept making these funny noises, just being obnoxious, and she ended up laughing so hard she peed on the trampoline. Her: OMG blah I've done blah still do blah would never blah blah Me: Needless to say we were done jumping at that point. Her: Eww blah blah yeah I think this would come off as a DHV, showing off indirectly that I'm funny. I think the ending could use some work though. Do you fellas have any suggestions? I'd appreciate it. |

Hell yeah! I'm glad that worked for you! I've gotten good reactions out of it so far. How would you introduce it if she's not answering? |
