Name game.. Success? anyone?

Post subject:  Name game.. Success? anyone?
First, hey all.. im new here, so dont punish me if my writing sucks ass.

Out last night, i was waiting on the street with a friend. These 4 girls he knew walked past, and he started talking with them and introed me. Out of the 4 there was only 1 of interest to me which i would call an 8. So while my friend was busy with 1, i started chatting to the other 3 girls but made sure not to give the 8 any attention. Soon after, we went our way and they went theirs.

Cut to a club (a few hours later), and then my drunk friend pulls me over and goes 'hey - u know KB right?' i turn around.. and its the same HB8 hes next to. She intros herself then asks me what my name is- for some reason i say 'Bruce(not my real name)', smiling at the same time.. OOPS backfire, she doenst believe me. Asking my friend what my name is - she then finds out. I try to recover.. and start talkin some other crap & mention about cliches and asian guys called Bruce. Shes smiling and we talk some other crap..

Some time passes - eventually she leaves with her friends. At this point im turning around kinda looking elsewhere not facing them or noticing. She flashes me a smile while passing me and then says 'See ya, Bruce..'

Note the use of Bruce not my real name. Im only analysing this cause im bored- but.. COMMENTS?? does the name game work for u other boys?

My aim was to get myself to stick in her mind, only for the purposes of practise.. but potentially for if i see her again.

Yes, I introduce myself as my avatar or PUA name. My wings know to call me by my avatar name and vice versa. If I'm out with my AFC friends and happen to be running a set, I'll say something like my close friends call me Jon but you may call me "J." Like she hasn't earned it yet. 8)
