Yep . Put your mind to it right now . Explore different topics of life and see whether you have experience in them or not. For example: I am good at__________ (i did this and that that time and got good/bad response etc.)
1)Just think of something you like to do and feel comfortable doing
2)Add magic: Tell how you felt (the smell , taste, inner feeling you had in that situation and what did you think will happen, your expectations etc.)
3)Don't be to PROUD of it, because if it looks like you are TRYING too HARD to get a positive response- THAT will be NOTICED, and you fail...think about it, can trying too hard to impress be a DHV?
Try to talk about it as a normal stuff that happens all the time in your life, stay calm and confident.
4) Again i repeat don't overdo it, show your vulnerable side too, talk and laugh about your fails too, that can be a DHV also...
5) Do you want everything and everyone or you have your own STANDARDS?
Express those standards trough DHV (f.e: I am a writer i like cats and i this is what i've done in my life take it or leave it)
When you talk, you tell people indirectly about yourself ,lets say 100% of the time you talk (A great writer said once: ,, I judge a man on what he says, and a woman on what she doesn't say)
Here are some topics to work on:
1) Sports
2) Social life (how you meet people, funny situations, helping strangers, being a communicative person and etc.)
3) Your work, your PASSION something you can talk about for days
4) Your dreams ,expectations in life etc.
and this is nothing, there are million of other topics to talk about...
Thing is to talk about something you love, are passionate about and feel comfortable doing. In one sentence.
Nobody can make a DHV for you but you, don't procrastinate! Write one NOW!
(p.s: I am not saying anything new, this is not a method its just the way i organized my thoughts, hope it helps. I also needed some feedback when i started so i wish you luck man , you can do it with ease , just BEGIN!!
