I agree with Roads too. Now the tricky part is getting her out again. Class is over and I won't get to see her much. Doesn't help with her attitude at texting.

Okay this is pretty screwed up. I know this girl from class and I number+msn closed her midway through the semester. I did not really engage her in class but I was acting all alpha and DHV'ed with social proof and preselection. So I pretty much IOD'ed her for awhile. Then came this day for some exhibition project to be completed by my class and I was having a rather important appointment. (DHV) She was earlier than me on the actual exhibition day and I said hi to almost everyone except her and sat down beside a buddy of mine (she was within 3 metres of me, but I did not acknowledge her existence), I caught her looking at me then I turned to look at her and she gave me this enthusiastic wave and said hi, I waved back and smiled. So that was that. Now I talked to her on MSN, she gave alot of IOIs but I only IOIed back minimally. We eventually met up for lunch together, everything went well. I still negged her but she was cool with it, the vibe was happy and fun. Overall, on MSN, she's okay and chatty. But when I text her, she has failed to reply me after like 4-5 back and forth messages. This has happened twice but I just let it go, I did not text back to ask why she didn't reply. Now I am stumped. She gave me alot of strong IOIs and when I gave my fair share of IOIs, she sort of IODed me. Wtf? It's as if she's gaming me. I need some advice guys! |

You're dragging this out too long. Go for a joke, then add kino when you're both laughing. Do not IM too much, I found that this is a good way to tire out a girl who may initially have been interested. In fact, I don't even consider IMs to be true sarges, because words only represent about 15% of actual human social interaction. So yeah, start showing a little more interest when she's near, go for some light kino, make it almost seem as if you've just noticed she's "kinda cute" and you're interested in getting to know her better. |

Roads is right, dragging this out way too long. You wont get anywhere if you stay in neg/IOD mode indefinitely. As soon as you've won her over, turn it off. |
