I can only say what I do and I'm certainly no pro, but...
- Pay attention to her cues and tells.
- Pay attention to YOURSELF and YOUR internal cues, you should be able to notice yourself thinking/getting the feeling of "I want to kiss her." at some point during conversation. That's when you should get seductive instead of flirty.
- You get her comfortable with you touching her in a sexual way(check out Gambler's stuff if you can get your hands on it).
- Create a seductive SPAM(Slow down conversation, look at her with sexual intent, you know the drill.) and then go in for the kiss if she seems receptive which, if you've done it right, she should be.

Why in the seven levels of hell would you want to slow down kino? Keep it up, keep it SMOOTH, pay attention to her IoA's and go in for the kiss when it seems like the right moment! Oh, and keep it fun
