Hey guys,
First a little background. This is an HB9 with a boyfriend, but that relationship was on the rocks. Two months ago I nearly talked her into coming home with me from the bar. Then one month ago I was on track until the boyfriend showed up at the bar. And I hadn't seen her for a few weeks when I sent her this text message:

tenonine: No worries. (Headlining band) won't start until 930/10.

tenonine: Yeah, it'll be fun. We'll hit you up later with the details. (HB9 and I have mutual friends who are going to the concert with me.)
Four days pass. Then two days before the concert I send a text.HB9: absolutely!
HB9: what time is it tho? I have to work till 6 that day.

Then I called her and told her that I'd just learned that the concert was actually an hour away, and it was outdoors, and it might rain. I told her maybe we should skip it. She agreed, and then I told her we should stay in touch, maybe get drinks this week. She said, "definitely!"HB9: Hey! Yeah, I should be.
tenonine: Cool, I should have a few minutes then.
I knew this one was a long shot, but I figured I'd see it through, maybe learn something, so I texted her tonight (the night of the show).

I had a couple chances to close the deal, and I think this trail just went cold. And maybe I was a little too clever with the disqualifiers. At any rate, it's pretty unlikely we cross paths again, but I figure the best move is to not respond to her text and leave at least a teeny tiny shadow of doubt about whether I was actually interested in her.
Or is it possible that this last message was a shit test and she wants me to be more forceful with my demand to see her? I'd be glad to get input from the room.
