Dinner is tough, if, as many do, you sit on opposite sides of the table. Coffee can be easier, movies are too, and things like shisha bars are good as well. Anything where there's no physical barrier between you. If you can be C&F, you can probably get her to slap you a few times. Otherwise, traditional escalation: start small, hand on back while talking, overdone mannerisms while talking (e.g. grabbing both her shoulders or putting your arm around her when you're making a point), etc. Here's a link to a few kino games. kino-games-vt20110.html?highlight=Even if you think she's shy and reserved, let her worry about her boundaries. Obviously, don't do anything she doesn't welcome, but don't assume things. I've found "good" or initially shy girls to be shockingly wild in the sack.

Not exactly. I have a few girls I've started liking as more than ONSs, so I'm turning them into FWB. Just keep gaming and closing other girls, keep your thing with her non-exclusive. That should restore your "alphaness", which is probably suffering from a mild onset of oneitis.
