Im pretty new to the game so I'd appretiate any advice on holes in my game and where you think I stand with a current 9. In the last 48 hours I've been trying to read up on text game so eveery thing up till then is me new to the game just winging it! Background Introduction through her brother, follwed by lots of messages on FB. Then meet at work doo where we chatted for and hour working on A2 A3. The moved onto texting and arranged a date. Original text's were quite long basically finding stuff out about each other. I tried to keep my texts about the same length as hers. Date went good, went for a meal, worked A2 A3 and comfort although I could have stepped up the Kino a little more I did some trust tests and k closed at the end of the night. Heard through her brother that the evening went well but now she's gone a little cold on me. She doesnt put any questions in her texts like she was and doesnt always reply. Below is the text chat from the date onwards: Day 1 Me: Home now, I think I under rated you, you're actually quite good company after all! Night x Her: Haha well thanks..! Thanks so much for dinner Day 2 Did you make it to the gym today? My Oldies should be here soon but im going to try to squeeze in a quick trip to the gym and get my membership sorted out. Have fun at the ballet, I want to hear all about it! x Her: Nope didnt make it to the gym, my arm is quite sore and swollen after my jab and I slept until 10:30 and need to leave at 11:30 for the station. Ballet was amazing!! Loved it so much, it's christmasy and the music and dancing is lovely! x Me: Ha, glad you had fun, what was the story about, I take it there was a story involved. Mum and Dad have arrived for Christmas, my projector and surround sound are going to good use to watch deal or no deal.. kill me now!Was hoping you would text soon, needed an excuse to leave the room. What you up to tonight? x Her: Roughly it's about a little girl called Clara who has a dream on Christmas eve about a nut cracker and then the rat king finds herself in a magical place with lots of different dancers. You should google it Ha bless your parents, deal or no deal is alright from time to time. Tonight has a few friends coming over so I've made them chicken nuggets. I might go see some friends later, not sure yet x Me: oh yeah wasnt brother supposed to be cooking... convo goes on with a few more in jokes with a little banter. By this point she is taking longer and longer to answer my texts. Hoever I drop in at the end of a text Me: Day after boxing day, if you havent already got plans we are goiong out, im going to need some good company by then! x Her: Mum and me have been indulging with the Christmas food and drinks. My diet starts on Monday! Not sure what im doing yet, I'll keep you updated! x Me: If you dont know what you are doing that means nothing so you are coming out, im not the backup plan here! Day 4 Me: You near a TV? x Her: (2 hours later) No sorry.. what was on? x Me: I've just watched the ballet nutcracker on sky hd! Probably better live but was pretty impressive x Her: Good Im glad your classical arts education had begun! x Me: Sounds like you are still suggesting I have a long way to go?! ;o) Her: I think you should watch the film on ITV1 at 10:15pm... (film she has telling me I should get prior to our date) Me: Haha, that is fate!x Day 4 Me: Cant believe you havent wished me a Happy Christmas all day, thats it we are so getting divorced, call the lawyers citing "irreconcilable differences", I want the cat back! x Her: Haha, I was leaving you in suspense waiting for you to text me!! So where is my text..... ? I didnt get full ownership of the cat, so Im afraid I've only got 2 guinea pigs to offer x Me: Thats a good point, I want sausage (one of her guinea pigs) and the fluffy grey puddy cat from name of resturaunt in date (cat came up to us at the end and she make a big fuss over it) I know you cat napped him! You were waiting for me to text you first... playing hard to get?! Thats cute! Did santa come throu for you or dis he think you were a naughty girl too?! x Her: Yes playing hard to get - you've work hard for this! Hahaha. Santa did very well, I've been spoilt.. were you a good boy? x Me: Ha! You shouldnt play hard to get with someone thats hard to get! ;o) Santa said I've been a very naughty boy but we agreed that he would let the tooth fairy punish me!x P.S. I cant believe he spoilt you, is there something going on between you two? Thats the end of comunication today and I expect she may not text me at all tomorrow unless I initate it. I guess from putting all this down I need to go cold for a few days but it seems like Im going backwards from where we were before sending lots of texts each day. My questions are: 1 - What are the holes in my game here? 2 - Have I lost this and she is just replying to be polite as it was her brother who put us together and I know the family so it could make it awkward? If not whats my game plan? |
