The attraction is obviously there but did you build enough rapport? That sounds like a comfort issue to me. Don't be too hard on yourself though Keep in mind that she might be a virgin, she could have forgotten to tidy up down there, she could be on her period, she could have even had a sexually traumatic experience, she could want to go long term and fell like if she gives it up too fast you'll get bored. When she asks again to come over or you invite her over, say ti her "ok cool but just wanted to say that we're not going to have sex tonight :)".
