so theres this girl in one of my classes at college. basically when we interact in
person, she acts like she's totally in love with me, laughs at everything i say.

In the past, i've invited her out twice, she was busy both times, but two days
ago we both had nothing to do for an hour after class so we went to ihop with my
friend real quick, so i officially "hung out" with her outside class once.

I havent talked to her since then, do you guys think it's too needy to invite her
out again tonight? I feel like if she cant come i'll lose some value but im not sure.
Also she's the kinda girl that is very attracted in person, yet she doesn't chase me
when were not with each other (ie- text me, ask to hang out, etc.). how do i solidify
this better?

I know what you re feeling man! I am in a similar situation with a girl I number closed before. I felt like losing value when I got replies like "I am busy because xxxx, Maybe another time?". After this happening twice I just switched to another topic to recreate some comfort again and ended the conversation.

Hope you get some good advice in :). Maybe it would help to first create some comfort again before inviting her?

that probably is the problem-- lack of comfort. I've used a lot of attraction
stuff on her. The main comfort we have is taste in music commonality which is
good but I need more rapport i think. Now the question is do I wait til monday
to see her in class and build more rapport.. or take a risk and invite her out
tonight? .....

I guess that depends on the girl, your personal preference and possibly your feelings for her as well.

But if what you say is true and there is a lack of comfort, she is likely to decline. So Id prolly go for building comfort on Monday in your case.
