Okay I've already made a list of idea's to build an attractive lifestyle *see that forum* but adding things to invite her over to isn't really part of that. Well it kinda is, but it fits more here.
So. What excuses can you have to invite her over?
Mystery already said "Don't just meet up to meet up, it will make her feel way too special." And true that is. When I meet up with girls, especially if they're a bit shy, it feels WAY more comfortable if you have something to do. You don't have to be affraid that there will be akward silences. No you got something to do.
So here let's make a list of things to do. They may be crazy but we all know: it's just an excuse anyway.
THE LIST
Organize a movienight. Invite some friends and her as well. They might even be wings and leave early when they notice you're going to the seduction phase. You can make a huge pizza too, it's FUN. I've started doing that with a MILF. 
Watch a movie. Just watch a movie and make some frosty pizza. Have coke, some rum or wine, just have a relaxed SPAM. Don't make it to classy. No candles, no expensive snacks. Just a good old pizza will make her feel way more convy. Get a Wii. Wii's are fun, they are a good invitation to KINO and girls love it. It's active, friendly, entertaining and just as said, fun. I've already had some girls over to play on the Wii with me that otherwise would never have came over anyway. Get a minigolf set. For 15-20 minutes OR at parties it's fun. You can actually get small sets that you can bring to parties! *the golf club is like 4 pieces you have to screw toghether) Smoke a hookah. It's fun but of course way more fun toghether. You are making pancakes and they're so delicious she HAS to eat at yours. You and 1-2 friends are playing Monopoly and with just the 2-3 of you it's BORING so she HAS to come over. *studio and nice camera required, you can also hire a studio if you already got a good cam* Say you want to practice your modelphotography skills and you need a model. Do a photoshoot. *this will generate quite some DHV but make sure she won't feel too good/pretty.* To surprise your mum ur making cookies/a cake, and you ask her to join in.Okay got more? Add them to the list. These are all things I did so tested and they worked.
Some may sound childish or stuid but hey if you have fun the first 20-30 min the rest will just go by itself. After all, we're PUA's. These are not methods to keep her entertained for 2-3 hours. No they're excuses to get her over to your place, then do PUA shit and well, do with her whatever the F* you like.
