Yep you read that correctly. I'm a bi female and I've been crushing on this girl at work for the past few weeks. (but give me the same advice you'd give a fellow guy) Well the other day i said "F--- It!" walked over to where she works and invited her out to an event I'll be attending later. She seemed very excited and i know i surprised her, she quickly accepted! Score for me right? But then she says she has a GF who might not like that too much, followed by "but yeah i'd like to go!" LOL. My problems are: 1) the event is a while off, I don't want the gf to convince her not to go in the meantime. 2)i've got to convince the GF that i'm not trying to steal her girl. (BF destroyers, DHV etc. should take care of 1 and 2 but my biggest problem is...) 3) WHAT IF THE GF WANTS TO COME! At this point i haven't even decided whether she's someone i truly want to pursue. 1 on 1 time w/ her at work is rare so this is my chance. But if the gf tries to "invite herself" or ask why she can't come too i honestly can't think of a reason i could give that doesn't sound like "No you can't come, i want alone time with your GF" LOL! |

well the general consensus is that dating in the workplace is a nono. Sexual harassment lawsuits are annoying, lol. It's only ever a choice if you're a temp, she's a temp or she's escalating on you. My advice is unisex, lol. |
