I've lately been having the situation where I number close, have some text/call interaction, and then she disappears on me and stops replying to my calls or texts. I am careful not to over pursue in these cases as I don't want to dlv, and just let it slide and move on.
Then a week or two later she will often text me randomly "Good night
" or "How are you?" out of the blue, with no explanation of her disappearing. I don't really know what is going on in her head when she does the disappear/reappear act and I am not sure how to handle it. Does she just want attention? Is she trying to play hard to get? Should I wait a few days before texting her again? Should I mention that I don't want to deal w/ppl who disappear so she should change or stop bothering me?
