Hi Guys! My problem with women has always been slipping into the friend zone. I have never had a one nite stand (accept some kissing) but have had two girlfriends. I am turning 26 next week and a month ago a girl who I have been together with for 2,5 years left me. I am still a bit lost who I am with women but my friends suggested me "The Game" and it has helped all ready a bit. So last Friday I met a girl in at a party of a common friend. She was sitting bored with her 2 friends and I did some Best Friends -test etc. eventual asking her number. I called her the next day and we met on Sunday. We met in a park and some of her friends were there. We took a walk and had some coffee for about 3 hours. She talked over herself the whole time and was not asking many things about me. But we had some interesting conversations about the world and her work and she seemed be thinking about my arguments a lot. Anyway, her friends kept calling her and finally one of them game to the place where we had the coffee. She said she has to go now and meet her roommate. When I tried to ask her about next week she said she had this and this but finally said Thursday might be free. So I said we should maybe hook up. In the end we hugged (I was the first one hugging) and went to different directions Today I send her a text message saying on Thursday we should pick up a movie and watch it at my place. And asked her what she things about it. And now it have been 5 hours and still no answer. What should I do now? Just wait? Ignore her? Forget about her? Wait for a day or two and call her? To me it seems like you're more eager than she is, which is bad. Also 5 hours is not the point where you should go "OMG I better post on the forum", so that also suggests you're more eager than she is. I know it's hard, I've felt the same way, but the best thing to do is wait it out. Some people don't end up checking their phones for a whole day. I'd say after 2 days though, it's likely they missed your message for whatever reason. Didn't want to reply straight away - good reason is they wanted to make a good reply and put it off and accidently forgot about it - bad reason is they put it off because they didn't feel like it, and forgot about it that way. Either way - same response from you, pretend it never happened. And try not to be the one sending texts all the time. |

It's going to work better if you are being spontaneous and just call with a plan. " Hey I was going to shop tomorow evening. You whould come along. " kind of approach. Don't be too available. Also, when you see her next time, make sure to kino a lot. That will help you stay out of the friend zone (which I fear you are once again heading for ... Yeah, thanks dude for the kino-page! Look forward reading it. I think that is something I have to work on. Hell Im going to be happy when I am not in the friend zone the next time  . My back up plan is to go out on Friday by myself and try to make some openings. Never done that and I thought it might be time for that.
