4. When you run into each other again, talk a lil more, if she's polite, she'll introduce you to her friends, shake hands, speak up, let them know youre there.
5. Walk away, once everything starts to cool off, and there is no more guests coming in, or it looks like she has spoken enough, then you can move up to talk to her.
6. Suggest a quieter place for a minute "Come with me outside for a minute"
7. Suggest seeing each other the same night or tomorrow at the latest
