You have to stop looking at kissing as a big deal. The more of a big deal you make it out to be in your mind the harder it gets to achieve it. Kissing is actually just a tool for you to use on your way to building comfort with this potential LTR.
The biggest thing here is when you don't start to kino escalate is you will find yourself in the friend zone very often. They start thinking you want to just be friends and not sexual since you don't pull the trigger. It's a good idea not only to get a kiss close but to get a number close when you first meet...by the way go ahead and setup the day 2 since she's so into you!
Game how you want to but not escalating when you have the window will hurt you more often than not.
