| Post subject: | Good Day 2's |
Alright, so most PUAs agree that day 2's are important and must involve a non-stressful activity (dinner and a movie is a terrible idea). I've had a few ideas for good day 2's that allow for conversation while not putting pressure on the target. 1. Ice Skating 2. Biking 3. Seeing a play (unlike a movie because intermission allows for comfort building plus you look more classy) I like the ones I've listed but what are some other good day 2's? Opinions? |

See things like that are good, but I'm underage which seems to handicap me a lot more than I first expected.

Here's a really good one in my experience, but I wouldn't go through the effort unless you're sure you've already built up a decent connection; if you only got her number and exchanged a few words, I'd start with something simple like going for coffee. Anyhow, I'm assuming you're in Seattle, or a similar part of WA, which I remember as being really nice in the fall with lots of colors, trees, and the Rockies in the background. Get bikes, plan out a nice short scenic bike trip through the city and/or the surrounding area, and end up in a park (Google Earth is helpful here for planning out a route). Pack a backpack with a baguette, cheese, fruit, and wine (or cider if you guys can't or don't want to drink booze), and a blanket. Start by talking about how you got to see a side of the city that you never get the chance to, and then chill out and get to know each other. Zip's questions game is a good way to build rapport. Score. My best buddy first started doing this years ago when he was backpacking through Europe. I then started doing this back in Toronto a number of times, and I even did it once here in Munich, and it's a really good date - it's low stress, fun, and gives you a lot of time to get to know one another. Obviously, weather is the only thing you need to worry about... |
