Been dating this girl for one month. Have had sex twice, oral too. Been on 6-7 dates, all awesome. All initiated by me. Every time she has accepted. We've done drinks, concert, dinner, cooked dinner etc. Last time we hung out was last wed night/thurs morn. Our text protocol is typically i text her first she responds within two hours, i respond two hours later. etc. She initiates a text to me this Tuesday:

Tues:
[12:30pm] Her: What are you doing tomorrow night?
[1:32pm] Me: Should be free whats up?
[4:52pm] Her: Thought my friend had a few extra tickets to Oh Wonder but she gave them away :( How was your weekend?
[8:15pm] Me: Oh bummer. It was awesome. How was yours?

No response

Wednesday:
[6:38pm] Me: Sounds great (sarcastically). still down for apple picking this weekend?

No response


WTF happened? and what should I do at this point? Should I just wait to see if she ever responds? Is it over?

How do you feel about the way she responds/not responds to your messages? Is it upsetting? Do you not care? And have you made any of this clear to her instead of sending girly passive aggressive sarcastic comments expecting to get some where.

When you know what you want, you say and stand on what you want. You don't get all girly and try to nudge them in a way that says " I don't want you to be offended, but I'm offended". You take care of that and you guys will get much further. However, it doesn't sound like she's putting a quarter as much into this as you are. And once again, if you want a shot at that changing, confront her, spell it out for her clearly and see how she responds. If she's unable to respond or at least make attempts, you make your decision from there.

You're a big boy.. You don't have to wait on a woman to tell you when things should continue or not continue.

I didn't know where to post it. What advice do you have at this point? I am bothered she didn't respond but I don't want to come off as needy by continuing to follow up

I'm guessing if you double post you double text, too. That's a problem for me, too.

Learn patience, you're being needy here and probably with communication in real life. Her never initiating contact is a symptom of you being needy.

Every guy in here has ghosted a girl at some point.

You might have gotten ghosted. Ping her every 3 or 4 days. If nothing after a couple of weeks....move along!

She's telling you "not now" without saying it

So wait it out, and do something else with your life in the mean time for your own mental health

protip - some girls will hook up for whatever 1 million reasons ... we are all guilty of it. Have you ever lost interest in someone once you fucked them a couple times and moved on? Most people have done it!

hmm next time just go for an instant date. Ex: Don't just say oh it was nice, instead be like. "kabobs or rib tips for you (I grill/ cooking reference here) and then explain that your going shopping and she should join you and this way you can see her and then talk about the actual weekend fluff in person.

she totally ghosted never heard back from her. Then this past weekend met someone else, had a great time with her and everything. I texted her this on Tuesday:

Me: Hola Chica
Her (5 hrs later): IM SORRY. Whats up?
Me: (5 hrs later): Aint no thang. Drinks Thursday?
Her: I'll be in LA! Back Sunday
Me: Oh look at you. Let me know what day you're free next week. I'll hold on to the rap caviar until then.

No response from her. should i be concerned?
