Checkout attached. I actually replied to her first message within 2 min but once she responded asking for my name I stopped typing and took 10 min to reply. She was viewing the convo the entire time so I'm sure she saw that I saw her message then ignored. Yes I know I have to work on my text game and I just started reading up about it.

Usually I wouldn't care but I looked her up on FB and she's damn cute.... I was really blacked out and idk why I gave her my number! How do I follow up with this? Call her?

At least she texted you first, you should keep it going and aim to set up a day 2. Build up some rapport with some funny and interesting texts, then arrange a meet up.
