A year ago, I went on a few dates with a chick, always a fun time, she started hinting at future plans, road trips, etc..we had sex maybe on the 3rd or 4th date and that was the last time I saw her. She kept reaching out but I faded out bc I knew she wanted to get serious fast and I didn't even want to go down that road. I recently reached out to her and even though she's dated in the past year, she's single now. I am 30, her 35. I don't want anything serious now either, just to have fun. No idea what she wants yet.

My question - if she asks what happened a year ago, what do I say? Be honest and say I wanted to fuck tons of girls, etc? That is a turn off if said so directly. What's the most productive answer to give with the intent of keeping things joking and light and not getting too sentimental?

Why did you get in touch with her? She most likely still wants the same thing. Find other women.

So you think she wanted to get serious a year ago at 34 and that she's not 36 and could potentially not want anything serious? You have an idea of what she wants. She's only getting older.

As long as you keep your intentions clear you should be golden . She can never say you didn't tell her. Although it is natural to women to want to "change" the guy they are with. They're attachments aren't based on what the guy wants, they're simply based on how the guy makes them feel.

I'd personally keep it all the way real. Tell the truth. You just weren't ready, she was getting attached and you're still not ready now.

I do have to ask though.. Whats your problem? You're digging back a year ago to sleep with old chicks you didn't care for at the time. That you still do. There are other women out there bro. Sounds like you're just settling for the easy way out. And thats not going to improve your ability to attract higher quality women.
