I met this girl through a mutual friend 3 weeks ago. She lives about 6 hours away from me, but I take frequent trips there because I went to college and have many friends there. I'm also planning on moving there in the next 6 months so it wouldn't be a waste of time to pursue this.

First off I want to say that I would normally not pursue a relationship in this situation but the girl is a HB 10 with an unbelievable personality. Only negative is that she is 8 years older than me.

Met her at a bar with my group of friends and I noticed she was attracted to me immediately. Her attention was on me essentially the whole night. Ended up trying to kiss her at the end of the night and she declined saying "I was too young." I got her number and texted her on 3 separate occasions and made plans with her to hangout last weekend when I went back into her town.

Went to a bar with her and a few of her friends last weekend to watch football and it went about as well as possible. Tons of interest shown and even her saying I was "amazing" at one point. We kissed at the end of the night, which she said was great and she would be thinking about it the whole week.

She initiated contact later that night and invited me to go to Vegas with her this weekend but I had plans already and couldn't .

My question is how to go forward from here. I'm planning on going back to visit some buddies where she lives two weekends from now. How much should I contact her in the mean time? I definitely do not want to over do the texting but also want to keep some of the chemistry going moving forward as it has been incredible in person. Should I text her once a week, twice a week, or wait until a few days before I go back down there a make plans then?

She has seemed to ignore the age difference after the first night saying I was extremely mature for my age and hasn't mentioned it since so I don't think that's a concern going forward. Also she said I was her first kiss in 5 months, so I think that indicates the kiss was pretty significant for her

She asked you to go to Vegas with her for the weekend? I would think her interest level seems pretty evident, here... I wouldn't be taking someone I'd been out with once and only kissed once to Vegas - so good for you, buddy.

I'd text every couple days. Make them fun and flirty.

"Good mornin' good lookin."

Ask how Vegas was. If you're FB friends, comment on the pics.

Your primary goal here should be to close this girl as quickly as possible. Interest is diminishing until you get that done.

Thanks for the reponse....

Yeah I definitely agree the interest level is extremely high at this point. Both because of the invite and how she acts around me in person.

I'm more concerned with keeping the attraction going forward for 2 more weeks until I get a chance to close her in person. Cause I know time apart can definitely diminish attraction in the early stages

I appreciate the advice!
