This is kinda absurd and I could be in a total Friendzone situation. Basically, this woman that I know always wants to come over and hang out, but she recently started asking for workout tips since I'm a personal trainer on the side. She came to my house and while we were working out, she mentioned that she hit off with a dude on a midday 3 hour Tinder date. Now, she claims they're exclusive even though they have not slept with each other and he won't be moving to town for 5 weeks.

The woman and I have a 1-on-1 workout session this Sunday. How should I play this?

If she's paying you, keep it professional. If not, then training her outs you in a shitty frame. Either way, don't talk about the boyfriend.

She has to own getting trained,. Try the this shit ain't for free line,. Be playful about it but don't make her get something for free cause this will make her think you're doing it to win her over"lose value"
