I always try to keep a fun and flirty tone with my new coworkers at a restaurant, but i'm having difficulties getting somewhere on it... i can talk fine and just have fun, but i can't seem to escalate further(number closing, dates or more if u know)

Any good tips from you guys? Not a shy person and love talking to new people but escalating has been a problem a while now and it's getting real frustrating

Don't come on here asking for advice then act like a little fucking twerp when someone takes time to read your shit and reply.

IF YOU WANT TO GET GOOD WITH GIRLS, GO OUT AND PRACTICE ON GIRLS YOU WILL NEVER SEE AGAIN.

^Lol good call. 'Don't shit where you eat' is a really good piece of advice. One of the more drama filled cases of that is something I see in my circle of friends. If you were to draw a line of who's had sex with who, everyone in my circle would be connected, 3 degrees of separation. The group is dysfunctional and it's hard to keep track of who hates who when sending out invites to social gatherings.

And even if it's season based job, how do you know you won't be called back there again and work with the same people next year? How do you know there will be no one worth keeping in touch with after you finish up this season?

mkay TheMajikalMethod.com i see your point, but i'm getting irritated when they reply so "care". Can say: you shouldn't do that because they're your colleagues and maybe you will meet them next year? like jeffyp said, that's a better answer, thank you..

But it doesn't matter anyway now, so you can just close this piece of shit-thread :P :x

I do it lol. But I'm 24, managing a retail store of over 600 employees. I like for the other girls to hear what a good lover I am. Accomplishes half the battle. I may mature someday..

...probably not.

I hate to say it man, but if you find that your co-workers seem to show IOIs, it could be that they're being friendly.

Sometimes it is pretty hard to distinguish between sexual, romantic and merely friendly interest with people, particularly when they want to be nice to you since they have to work with you.

So yeah, there may be some workplace drama if you crap where you eat, which is why I try to avoid it.
