Met girl at gas station , walk down the street talking shel lived a block from the apartment complex I was staying at with family take girl to park at complex we start making out for about ten minutes she's sucking on my tongue etc we talk a lil after she says she has to go mom waiting for her at home she ask my number and says she gonna text me she never text me or calls me after

Could be a lot of things, maybe she talked to her girlfriends about it and they said no. Maybe she decided that she made a mistake, maybe she was in the heat of the moment but didn't feel it when she arrived home, or the next day. Alot of things are possible here. But don't fuss about it, it happened to every PUA.

Low testosterone. You transfer some of your testosterone to her through your saliva. If your t-level is not high enough, the girl feels no chemistry (hint: she didn't feel horny enough with your kiss).

Another possibility is bad breath. But it's more likely your low t-level that is messing up your game.
