Yeesh, that's not a fun situation.
I don't think playing along is the right thing to do if your truly not interested.
Honestly, you just met her, and like you said it was a simple pick up, so just tell her straight up your not interested or not looking for a relationship and that will pretty much end your issues. But talking to her every night is not going to help her take it easily so I would take care of it early as possible so you can still get out without any problems.
