What comes next? Setting up a date, usually.
You text or call (I usually text, but that's just me, I think Style called if you're religiously following "The Game" [1]) and ask them out. Usually, you do it quickly (the attraction you built is still fresh, they remember you, less time for them to rationalize why it's a bad idea to go out with a guy they just met for 10 minutes in some random venue, ...). The more you did a good work the more legroom you have with the timing, but we're talking a couple days anyway if it was a first random meet, digits and ejection.

With that said, it's your very first time gaming, so pat yourself on the back for scoring digits, and on to bigger and wetter things.
EDIT: When you ask them out, don't make it sound too dateish. That puts pressure on the chicks, and makes them more likely to flake/give excuses/...
What you do, is you ask them out by saying "Hey, I got this amazing thing going on tomorrow/this Saturday/... and it made me think of you. Meet me at X place at Y time, it's gonna be fun!"
Give a good funny vibe to the meetup, make it sound like you have fun, loads of it, and she can either be part of it, or miss out, but you're gonna have fun anyway.
