Or skip comfort building etc. all together and just ask her to hang out. Build comfort in real life.

I got her chatting for about an hour over text last night and told her she should have a drink with me tonight, but she said its ladies night. I told her shes a flake with a wink... she said shed love to have a drink with me another time though, so it looks like its still game on.
I didnt try the panty game yet, but did tell her the egg joke

Ok cool, so just ask her again sometime to hang out. You don't need to ease into it.. one text that is something about how are you doing/how've you been and then ask her out. Don't need to beat around the bush, she already knows what you want the second you send her a text so it's not like you are being sneaky or anything.

have you set anything up to hang out with her?
or spoke to her over the phone instead of text?

if not, think of where this is going and what you are trying to accomplish here, if you want to make a connection and get her comfortable being around you, that's the first goal, getting her to be around you so if that is already easily accomplished you might want to skip texting all together and set up some better logistics for yourself

maybe she just doesn't like texting or isn't really interested in text conversations with someone she doesn't know that well and has no comfort with or isn't too immensely excited about, and that doesn't really mean she isn't attracted to you or doesn't like you, just she maybe has other priorities right now that are more exciting or isn't that comfortable with creating rapport with new people when she already has rapport with other people or possibly is just plain busy with other things that are more important to her then texting

try to come up with a plan that covers these loose ends, if texting isn't working step it up so she knows you a bit better and is excited about doing something with you, if that is impossible due to her not being responsive enough then it's probably easier to just find a girl who is a bit more excited about seeing you and communicating with you
