This happened to me a couple of times before I figured this out. I'm glad I learned on my mistakes though as opposed to repeating them over and over in an endless cycle of frustration.

It makes sense what you say and is very possibly the likely reason. Yet, I have observed (a rather frustrating experience) on more than just one occasion that the girls would ended up jumping a dude they would have just met a night or two later, much to the surprise of their girlfriends, who would later describe her behaviour as "completely uncharacteristic". Perhaps both points apply to some extent. But regardless, I highly appreciate your comments and thank you for confirming my premise.

Although doesn't apply to any of the girls that I have formerly lost in this manner, it's just been too long, I wonder if reignition is possible. Say, wait a month or so the text an SMS opener, say a "who is this?" or "just saw a cutest fish, reminded me of you" Or would you say that "Oh, that was close!" emotion that she tags you with is somewhat perm? Did anybody try?

However I agree with your premise and conclusion I reread your message and now I'm inclined to say, you're spot on, at least in my particular case. I'm a Norwegian and am "blessed" with a typicall swimmer physique - 6'3", massive chest and shoulders, rather too noticable. I learnt to compensate with a happy-go-lucky personality, indifferent demeanor and humour but regardless of the years in the field I still sense this "OMG, this beast is gonna tear me apart" vibe with most of my dates, which early in the game was essentially the reason for near fuck fiascos. It's a natural intimidation factor and yeah, compensating with personality is all I can do about it. I think you are spot on because once the personality is withdrawn from the frame, the image remains that can be perceived as a danger. Again, thanks for your comment mate!
