I've met this gorgeous girl something like 5 days ago.

We talked shortly but nicely and were supposed to meet and exchanged 5 texts, the last one was mine 2 days ago with no reply.

She works in a mall, in one of those open air stalls selling phone covers/souvenirs and she's there alone, I could easily walk by again without seeming too insisting.

Would you suggest at this point to go there in a few days in person or texting in a few days... ?

Why did you not end up meeting her? Did she flake last minute? If she is not replying to your texts and flaked then stopping by her work place would be extremely desperate looking, especially if you don't work in the mall also.

What are you? A crazy stalker ex-girlfriend? Do NOT go to her work.

If you want another shot, wait like 5 more days then give her a call. One call, leave a message askin her to call back if she doesn't answer then leave it.

Guys need to stop getting hung up on one girl. There are literally billions of women in the world.

Exactly.

That is hella stalkerish if you just "happen to show up at her work." She will know. If anything, go back there in a few weeks with another girl and walk past her. Give her the finger as you walk past her. Get a reaction out of her. Even if it is negative, you can always switch it back to a positive interaction.

Eheheh great replies, thanks guys, much appreciated.

I entertained the idea of dropping by because the interaction was quite good and I thought "in person she will remember the previous good vibes and I would have the chance to recreate them, something not possible via text".
No, I wouldn't go back for any girl, it's just that this one was exactly my type -and really beautiful- and... I've got a lot of time right now (unemployed  ).

The text convo was like this:

ME
Hi P
Nice meeting you, sorry for the hug in public :D
L

HER (2mins later)
Hi)
Don't worry, everything is ok ;)

ME (day after)
Cheer up, less than 8 hours and you're free :)
Let's meet at 10 at xxx, sounds OK for you?
L

HER (1h later)
Hey))
I can't say whether I'll be able or not because i'm working today and i will finish at 9.
I will write you at 6-7 ok?
Have a good day

She didn't write that day and I was glad as I was with a friend who needed some company.

ME (day after, a bit too soon maybe, a bit too chasey)
P :)
Enjoying the weekend?
when is it a good time for you, this evening?

So you didn't call her you texted, you first text you apologised for being cool enough to give her a hug in public, then after she said shed contact you and didnt you texted her the next day????

I'm literally shaking my head...

As I said, you needed to call her. If she doesn't answer leave a message or text her to call you back. Then leave it.

Oh and get a job, for the love of god, get a job.

It was more meant like a joke than an apology, unless she too interpreted as an apology.

I'm definitely trying to get one I would enjoy, I've just come back from a recruiting day, but it's not easy in Europe at the moment.. :(

This is why you don't text. You said "sorry" then a smiley face. How does she know it was jokey? Could be weak, playful, whatever.

Good luck with your job, I'd be shocked if you get this girl. Treat it as a learning experience. Let us know though!

Hmmm not really sure about the calling being better than text.

I don't reply to most calls as I'm doing something else almost all the times -even without working, let alone for normal working people :D-.
Also the text is often read in light of the personality you conveyed, especially so if it's 30 mins after.

But yeah, I literally mean "not sure" as I almost never call so I can't make comparisons..
