Hey boys I met an HB8-8.5 a couple weeks ago at a Shell station (funny right?). I had what I would call a mediocre set. When I opened, she put a real time constraint on our interaction: she was late for work. So, we fluffed a bit and I number closed her. I DHVed by being with a friend and being in my workout gear looking all buff from the gym. We started texting and since I was getting IOIs from her texts, I called her to set up a D2. Unfortunately, I had to hang up because I was actually late for another date. Hahaha ;P Anyways, in the end I had to ask the girl out through text because of our busy lives. She responded positively and we set up the D2 for today. Then, she flaked. I had a feeling she would since she hadn't responded to a text I had sent her early this morning. I proceeded to out her and delete her #. However, HB8-8.5 just texted me with the following message (let me know what ya'll think): Verbatim "Hi, I'm so sorry you must think I'm a complete flake for not getting back to you until now. I had a bit of an issue today that I wasn't expecting. An ex showed up at my place and things got a little scary. Hope that this doesn't scare you off. I would really like to get together with you sometime soon if you're open to it." Here's my personal thoughts: She shows IOI's because she's apologetic, she's seeking validation, she's making a move towards another date. |

Sounds like she wants to see you again. Go for it. |

Honestly it sounds like she's trying to scare you off man. Crazy ex-bf? No guy wants to fuck with that unless the girl looks like Scarlet Johansson. |

You have nothing to loose so go for it. Even if it does go wrong, you get some experience from it. It's a win win. |
