Post subject:  My latest flake. I'm losing it.
I've been working on this girl for a while. Yesterday I called her and we had a nice long conversation on the phone. I qualified her and she had fun. She texted me after saying she liked talking to me and that I was sweet. Today I text her.

Me: Hey [name], do you want to tag along for some ice cream?
Her: Sure I'd like that. I just have to shower I won't be too long.
Me: ok let me know when to pick you up. :)
Her: Okiee

An hour passes with no reply.

Me: Hey I'm leaving now are ya ready?

20 mins passes and I get this gem, after she didn't answer my phone call.

Her: Hiii, I just got out of the shower! I couldn't answer my phone! Lol I took a nap. That's why I took so long. Mehh, I'm not even ready. I'm sorry :(

Me: No rush. I haven't left yet. I'll be around there in 20.
Me: Whats your address?

No reply since.

And so my rant begins. What the flying fuck is the god damn reason for this girl to flake? This is absolute bullshit. I get flaked on literally 100% of the time I get a phone number. I've tried loads of different approaches and I can't get this fucking text game to work. I kick ass I'm person when we meet. I k close I do everything well. What the fuck is the point of giving your number and agreeing to go out then lying to get out of it. Just say no! Fuck women. Period. I hate this cowardly bullshit they put out.

This is why I personally hate text game.
Gives them much more chance to flake and even just ignore you.
Always try to call the girl rather than text if you can, because:
1. She can't not respond (unless of course, she doesn't pick up.)
2. EVERY AFC out there sits around texting girls for hours on end, which a - makes you have nothing left to say when you finally do meet. b - gives you much more chance to chode yourself out. c- leaves you extremely susceptible to the dreaded "friend zone." There is no kino, no escalation, no tone of voice and no body language when texting.
By refusing to engage in text conversations apart from "I'm outside now." or similar, and by not being afraid to actually call and speak to her, you stand out, and appear to be a driven man of action.

Personally I would have called her and said:

Me: Hey [name], do you want to tag along for some ice cream?
Her: Sure I'd like that. I just have to shower I won't be too long.
Me: Cool, I'll pick you up in an hour, what's your address?

I guess I have to quit texting entirely. But girls hardly ever answer the phone either. Its just as easy for them to not answer and reply with a text saying she's busy with something.

This has nothing to do with text game. You're doing something else that's wrong.

Imagine you had Chanting Taint, I mean Channing Taintum or whatever his gay ass name is, on the other end of the phone texting you. Would a girl ignore his texts or let alone flake on him if his texts were absolute garbage?

Another thing... stop going for phone numbers because the set is going bad. Just keep pushing and see how far you can take it. Run solid game and go for same night pulls. The fastest way to gain emotional commitment from a woman is for her to sleep with you. Like I said... keep pushing.

Hopefully you didn't text after that. Fair enough for you to take a last shot at it, but her lack of a reply suggests to me that she really didn't feel like going out after having a shower and falling asleep. That's nappy stay in time feeling, especially if you wake up late. Girls like to get comfy, and aren't as spurred on like we are to go "What? I get to meet someone of the opposite sex? *gets into phone booth, busts out seconds later* Super-Stud to the rescue!"

She just wanted you to think she missed the message, or forgot to reply.

Just give it a bit, and invite her out to something soon.

I feel you man. Been there before and I hate this jazz. I used to have girls flake on me all the time till I started flaking on them and now it doesn't bother me anymore. I hope I can answer your question but let me give you some suggestions to improve your texting game and still get this girl. She agreed to see you so you may still have a chance.

I just met an HB at a Bar last weekend and I set a Time Bridge right away and said we should hang out tomorrow. She agreed and then I texted her that next day and she flaked but I didn't even get phased by it I just knew she was playing hard to get. So understand the art of the game. This girl you got is playing hard to get. So play hard to get back. Invite her for something and if she flakes don't wait around for her like you did before but come up with a plan of what you are doing and tell her about it but don't invite her to play hard to get back on her.

Also she is not comfortable with you to have ice cream so try asking her to have a drink with you instead. But this time put more intrigue into it. Say in advance you want to hang out that weekend, then later that you want to have a drink, then call and set a definite plan a few days or a day in advance. Get more intentional about your swagger man. Just tell her you want to really see her and see what she says. I got a Day 2 set up for this weekend because I lead her on and played hard to get back.

Girls just do not answer the phone period. I don't know where you guys get the idea that they do that. They only text because of course they don't have the slightest bit of courage to even have a conversation on the phone. They can't handle the minuscule amount of pressure. It seems that if I can't fuck them the night I meet them then I lose them. Day 2's are extreme rarities and only come by once a year if you're lucky.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again but expecting a different outcome.

So, this begs me to wonder... What have you done to change your game? What has failed, and what has succeeded? Where do you think you need to improve?

Blaming others for your failures is a loser's game and a sure way to keep failing. Instead of taking out your frustration on others, you need to take accountability.

Blaming others for your failures is a loser's game and a sure way to keep failing. Instead of taking out your frustration on others, you need to take accountability.
Nothing succeeds when it comes to getting a day two. My game has greatly improved in the bars. I admit that. I've tried all sorts of different approaches after n-closing. I've avoided texting entirely on some occasions. I've called the girl exclusively. I've been assertive and demanding (not asking her out, rather telling her I'm doing something and that she can come.) nothing I do works. I'm so fuckin frustrated with the stupidity of women.

I think the problem is that you are being outcome dependent.

Treat each girl you talk to, get her number, escalate kino, bring back to your place, whatever the situation allows to happen as a LEARNING EXPERIENCE so that way... when that fuckin STUNNER walks by, you know EXACTLY what you have to do get her. It's a numbers game in the sense of the more references you get, the better you will get at it. When you know how to act in one situation, you can use that knowledge to know how to act in a similar situation.

Trust me man, from personal experience, this is probably one of the most frustrating fucking things that you will EVER learn. I was ready to just give up after a while because I couldn't figure it out. But I just kept at it... I kept going out, trying new things in similar scenarios and now it has become second nature to me. It didn't come over night. It took a lot of hard work.. But damn it, it sure is all worth that hard work now.
